Make AI useful in everyday work
Locollabs helps businesses and public sector organisations choose an AI use case, implement it and evaluate the result. Based in Stockholm, we work across the Nordics in English and Swedish.
Start with one workflow and the people who use it. We assess what your existing tools, including Copilot or Gemini, can already do before proposing additional development. Assessment, implementation and ongoing improvement are separate decisions.
- Assessment and decision, typically two to three weeks: map the process, interview users and compare options. You receive a baseline, a scoped recommendation, costs and risks. Waiting or improving the process without AI can be the right conclusion.
- Scoped implementation, typically six to eight working weeks: configure or build in your approved environment, test with users and provide training. You receive a tested solution, instructions, known limitations and a joint decision on the next step.
- Ongoing improvement under a separate agreement: review usage, quality and costs, maintain the agreed scope and record changes and priorities. Operational responsibility and response times are agreed separately.
- Define permitted data, access and acceptance tests before implementation. Measure quality and time, including preparation, review and rework.
- Keep financial decisions and customer communications within the agreed human approval process. Document responsibilities and hand over the solution to its owners.
A defined solution you can evaluate
Our cases include support for leadership information, meeting preparation and shared ways of working. Each case describes what the customer receives and what can be measured. Outcomes depend on the task, the data and how the solution is used.
David Mancilla leads the engagement. You appoint a decision-maker and a process owner, and make users available for testing. Sensitive data, complex integrations or critical operations require additional assessment before scope and timing can be agreed.
The time ranges are planning estimates. Scope, price, dependencies and acceptance criteria are agreed in a quote before each stage starts. Documentation and handover form part of the delivery.
Describe the workflow that needs to improve, who uses it and which tools you already have. The introductory conversation is free. A paid assessment begins only after we agree the scope, price and responsibilities. You decide separately whether to proceed with implementation or ongoing support.
