Interim technology leadership and AI adoption
Locollabs AB helps leadership teams choose, implement and evaluate AI and technology changes. Based in Stockholm, we work with businesses and public sector organisations across the Nordics. Contact person: David Mancilla, CEO, david.mancilla@locollabs.com
Locollabs AB is a Stockholm consultancy working with Nordic companies, public sector organisations and international clients, in English or Swedish. Engagements are scoped, the mandate is written down, and what we build is meant to be run by your own people afterwards.
What Locollabs does
Interim CIO and CDO
Locollabs fills the seat in the leadership team for an agreed period, with the mandate to make the decisions that belong to it. Experience of portfolio governance, system changes and handover to internal teams.
AI adoption
A scoped diagnosis, an implementation and ongoing improvement as separate decisions. We work with your existing tools where they meet the need, and measure quality as well as time.
Digital transformation
Improve processes, customer journeys and systems in businesses and public sector organisations. We lead the work from priorities and requirements through implementation, training and follow-up. Public procurement is a specialist capability when the engagement requires it.
CSRD and sustainability reporting
Advisory grounded in product ownership of sustainability data and reporting software.

How an engagement works
Advisory. An hour, a workshop or a couple of days. You describe the situation, we come back with an assessment and something you can decide on.
Project. A defined engagement with a delivery at the end. A feasibility study, a procurement, an implementation. Scope and milestones are agreed before anything starts.
Interim. Locollabs fills the role. CIO, CDO, IT director or product owner, in the leadership team, for an agreed period. The mandate and the handover are written down before the first day.
Method and tooling built in earlier engagements are reused in the next one, and engagements are staffed as needed. Pricing is set per engagement, and you get a quote before anything starts.
How does Locollabs work?
Every engagement is scoped and has a stated mandate: what has to be done, who decides, and when it ends. Method, templates and tools built in earlier engagements are reused in the next one, so the work starts some way in rather than at zero. Handover is part of the engagement.
Who does the work?
Engagements are staffed according to what they require. CEO David Mancilla leads them and takes the chair himself when an interim role is to be filled. When more hands are needed, people are brought in from the network. Locollabs stays accountable for the delivery.
Do you take international mandates?
Yes. We work in Swedish and English, and past engagements have spanned Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. If you sit outside the Nordics, describe the situation and we will tell you straight whether we are the right firm for it.
How fast can you start?
It depends on what is already booked. Advisory and workshops usually fit within a couple of weeks. A full interim mandate needs more notice. Ask and you get a straight answer on what is possible.
Describe the situation and we come back
Write it in your own words. No format needed. You get an answer within a couple of working days. Contact person is David Mancilla, CEO.
